Add more Faction News Notifications

Adding more Faction Updates within Faction News Tab. This is a good idea to add, here is a list of what could be added:

• Notification when a person with a rank capable of promoting someone be alerted in factions and by who to who.
• Notification if someone also demotes someone
• Notification relating to Ifany faction ships get destoryed be posted on news and by whom
• Expand character limit on making custom fac news

Only if it can be filtered. I am already swimming in tab after tab of done trade deals with the NPC. Hostile Sightings can also get out of hand really quickly.

Would be coolto also add a filter-ing feature to sift throgh the news.

Very nice, in extension, I would like things like "ship undocked by" as well, not as faction news but some form of internal audit type thing :D

Checkbox to log Neutrals entering your systems, too.
Generally when you live in the middle of nowhere, neutrals in your system are visiting your homebase, camping your homebase for when the mining crew returns, or trying to get your ships' stats.

It'd be good to be able to track what players I'm about to be at war with.
