Not sure if Binvox supports those formats.

    .3DB and .CMP files
I think these are used by Milkshape? As already said, the first step is turning those into OBJ files. Although after a quick google search it honestly seems easier just to recreate them by hand than mess around with old 3d packages and 3rd party exporters.

You are a man of culture I see, ships from Conquest FW I presume:?

Just looking on the net for promising sites:

    Texturing - Conquest: Frontier Wars
3DB File - What is it and how do I open it?
File Extension 3DB - What is .3db file? How to Open 3DB File

And apparently you can convert to .3dr from .3db as well.
    3D Mark File Extensions - FileDesc.com

Apparently Cadwork can also open .3db files:
    Download Cadwork

When I get time I also intend to try and re-create them in starmade.

The same guy has also tried to make some modals, e.g harvestors

Still, I don't think they would be too difficult to model. When I get some time I'll try and make them in sketchup, then import them.
