Do Crash Reports Work?

I've been crashing on spawn every time I try to play the game, and I press the report button every time. Is Schine getting these reports? I really want this fixed so I can play the game.

Just FYI I have:

• Latest drivers
• Latest JDK as of a few weeks ago
• Re-installed Starmade and Starmade launcher, including deleting all app data.

So please don't ask me to try any of these troubleshooting steps again. I've given up trying to fix it on my end. I just want to know if you're getting the crash reports.

they kind of work ... that goes to an email adress.
but i wouldnt make a bet on it that its going to be of any use.
Either make a support ticket Submit a ticket : StarMade Support
or provide a Log.txt.0 file Grafcisinfo.txt and settings.cfg files (all put in one zip would do ) and a general run down of your system specs here
(CPU, GPU, Ramsize, OS in use)

By the way, what is Starmade System Checker? I can't find any such file or files on my computer.

Open the settings.cfg with a text editor and change those lines at the end from

PLAY_INTRO = true //Play Intro

TUTORIAL_PLAY_INTRO = true

to

PLAY_INTRO = false //Play Intro

TUTORIAL_PLAY_INTRO = false

then try again .. and dont view the tutorials
