    A faction seeking to combine smaller factions into a galactic coalition against the Helkan Imperium to challenge their rule in the galaxy.

    This is a notice for the faction "Blood Stained Empire".

    As of 8/5/2015, your faction has been found guilty for the destruction of the neutral derelict warp gate located in the system -12 0 13 in the sector of -180 9 222.
    The station type was: TIER1-AncientWarpGate

    Probable Cause: At war with Helkan Empire, would have reasons to cause grief.
    Counterpoint1: A faction called Cobalt Vector is also suspected of carrying out said attack, instead of Blood Stained Empire.
    Counterpoint2: Gate provided easy access to Helkan Space, would of been advantageous to use it as a staging point for attacks as it cut off 10-15 jumps from trips. Would stand to lose from destruction of gate.

    The destruction of a neutral warp gate invokes Act One and Act Two of the "Derelict Stations Conservation Act", and can have harsh consequences, normally repaid by the offending faction using their own resources and time repairing the derelict or filling out a new blueprint to replace the station if it is rendered salvageable.

    HOWEVER: the faction "Blood Stained Empire" may invoke and plead ignorance to the "DSCA". Because your faction was not notified before hostilities commenced, the failure being on us, your faction can instead receive a warning point violation, rather than demands for righting the wrong and replacing/repairing the station.

    "Blood Stained Empire", you can:
    -Plead guilty to the offense, or
    -Plead guilty but ignorant to the DSCA, or
    -Plead innocence to the offense.

    By pleading innocence you forfeit the 'ignorant' clause and if further evidence reviles it was your faction who destroyed the gate, harsher settlements will be demanded and imposed upon you. Have a good day and see you on the Shattered Skies server.

    I am very tempted to hop be onto SS and start blowing up gates.

    If there is a wall of text for a few derelict gates, what might happen if I wipe a system's worth of gates out. :p

    Yessss... Bring your faction onto SS... This totally is not a ploy at all...

    Although it is a good social experiment and to see how people respond and act. And to continue said experiment, I need an answer from "blood stained empire".
    And yes please hop onto SS, we would love another major powerhouse faction. Imperium is not really doing anything, (all members are playing arc survival and/or dealing with serious real life stuff), and we discovered that Helkan is actually just made up of pretty cool dudes to just hang out with and participate in server events together. Too many 1-4 man factions to kick around, and it doesn't feel fair kicking down their sand castles.

    I don't think you can really enforce a conservation act on a faction that didn't sign that act. Not without force, and if you force them to, they'll probably just go nuke more of the gates.

    I don't think you can really enforce a conservation act on a faction that didn't sign that act. Not without force, and if you force them to, they'll probably just go nuke more of the gates.
    But when your operating in basically a Unipolar system, the hegmony will enforce where it likes. (We are currently investigating Blood empire space for any trace of oil- er rammet fields, andwhen those results are in we will then decide if they have any WMD's)

    Replace blood stained empire with Iraq and Afghanistan, then we have muh freedoms?

    The only problem between why Odium isn't on SS is best kept private. It goes far beyond what we can comprehend.....

    Might it have something to do with the fact that Blackhawk is banned on SS?

    In response to the accusations of gate destruction, we refuse to accept any responsibility to these claims. We do not have time for such trivial tasks. Our faction benefits from the warpgates as well, seeing as we use a nearby wormhole to enter your territory directly. We have no need for gates save for the return trip. Thus why would we wish to destroy the gates, which would make us waste a large majority of time returning from the Helkan territories. This is the official response from the BSE. (will return to server when server is not dying a slow painful laggy death) As for Rammet fields we can confirm sadly there are none in close vicinity.

    if this was attempted to be enforced on Mandalore i would only take out more gates. but since i havent played on ss since the reset its gunna be a while
