This is an overhaul of the Faris incorporating new building techniques and technology that improves survivability and firepower.
The ship has some obvious cosmetic changes thanks to the redesigned armor, which provides similar levels of protection but is quite a bit lighter. The saved weight is mostly spent on a shield grid with 50% increased resilience compared to the previous version, and three small point-defense turrets that complement the noise-mounted machine gun. The anti-fighter missiles have been upgraded with 35% lower cooldown time and new armor-piercing warheads.
The ship’s thrusters now glow in flight, and the docking ring has been extended by one meter to make it more compatible.
