Every additional feature makes ships feel more alive. Cargo is one of those. Here is the short list of changes for this update.
- Added cargo functionality. Both in main cargo hold and the hold below the drone bay.
- Added updated cargo crates. Docked additional ones in the main cargo hold.
- Updated WorkerBees to make use of magnetically docking cargo containers. Updated systems slightly as well.
- Complete system overhaul of the turret systems. More appropriate to the ship size.
- Some small cosmetic changes.
- Fixed drone crane again.
Ship reviews give really valuable feedback on things to improve. I got a rather extensive list of fixes and new features added to the Burning Amber.
Names of inter ship controls or systems will not show up on action bars 2-10. This is a bug in the game. Not the bleu print.
- Added Trash compactor to the cargo access hall. (Blame Saber for that.)
- Added teleport technology. Both inter ship and public.
- Added additional logic access for maintenance.
- Added additional logic controls so doors for cargo and the USD port can be operated locally.
- Added additional info to the tram system.
- Fixed the probe crane. Wireless logic got disconnected.
- Fixed varies displays throughout the ship.
- Fixed drone cargo lift. It disconnected when activated.
- Removed some exposed system blocks that were not intended.
- Made some addition changes that nobody is probably going to see but me :D
Additional testing reveled some issues with the first release of the ship. These issues have been addressed in this update.
- Rebalancing of fighter weapons. The power draw was too great for the missiles.
- Complete redesign of the shuttle. It was lacking in basic systems.
- Additional internal décor added or changed. For example the recreational area in the crew quarters.
- Resolved a logic issue with the repair crane.
- Resolved a logic issue with the ship rail transport not working.
