[SIS] Basic-Test-Target for weapon tests.
Grey blends too well with damage so Teal has been used.
This was built in the new v0.202.81 DevBuild, for some reason it faces the wrong direction in v 201.378
Placing Tip: in the galaxy map from above looking down, use a sector on the far side of the sun, in the middle of the system (for good lighting).
This way you can always re-align to global axis with C during tests!
