SMEdit 1.03.92a

Just trying to make sure the resource zip file for SMEdit is updated here on the dock.

no version change just an attempt to make sure the download is working. I have tried to get this site to correct the file, but every time it try it fails so providing the direct link on the lazygamerz.org site to the file.

This development is still in the works and many things are coming.
for now this is to keep the resources up to date.

This version combats the start up issues some users were having. This should lock down all those issues and put us back on track for feature updates.

Thanks to all who have helped posting their error reports and system information.
