As the title says, this tool will now multithread.
If you run it with the GUI (no command line arguments), it'll ask you how many of the accessible cores shall be used.
If you want to run it without the GUI, and new commandline option is implemented:
If the amout of cores to use is not specified, all availble cores will be used by default.
I also updated the console output to better show the current progress.
