Here is two turrets made with the same design in mind for my battlecruiser, they're pretty and can hold a good amount of weapon modules in the barrel for their size. The base is supposed to be in part inside the ship, feel free to change it as it suits you and your ship or station. Also, they're simple shells to use for anyone who likes them even though there is already a bit of mass enhancers on the base.
