After a discussion with friends regarding Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team, I decided to make the Ball mobile pod from the first episode.
While not my best creation combat-wise, I'm pleased with the aesthetics and its middling combat ability. This vessel does not include a jump drive, as it's meant for short-range use or fleet action.
