This is a somewhat basic jammed/cloaked stealth ship with some firepower in form of rapid fire cannons and a pretty small chain drive for up to 8 jumps. It also got a little bit of cargo space.
She got 50% overdrive and some Push effect, to accelerate with less power usage. All that amounts to a max speed of of roughly 200m/s
Interior is small, but at least got quarters, engine room and a bridge.
The standard version cannot cloak infinitely, but if that takes RP to far for someone, I recommend to just remove power capacitors down to about 160k capacity.
