POSITRON, THE ANNIHILATOR

    POSITRON, THE ANNIHILATOR v1.2

    Game version
    Somewhere between v0.194 and v0.199.654 (Classic systems)
    Allow me to introduce Positron, The Annihilator, my second heavy cruiser ship. It was originally intended to be used for conquering pirate stations. Have fun with it and please share your opinion!

    FEATURES:

    - Highly "organically" shaped weapon housing structures at the front;
    - A beautiful bridge and core room with some nice roleplay elements, some fun immersive content;
    - A solar wind intake system that gathers charged particles to feed the ship's overdrive system;

    - A 27% ion effect system for extra energy shielding protection;
    - A 41% overdrive system that brings the ship up to a top speed of 136 m/s;
    - A large jumpdrive setup and a decent scanner system;

    - Engine glow lights that can be turned On/Off from the hotbar;
    - A high-tech logic airlock with a working pressure gauge;
    - 15 compact anti-missile turrets, etc.

    - Make sure to TURN ON THE AUXILIARY POWER when using the "Auto-missiling" inner-ship remote, otherwise you will experience a power failure after about 20 shots.

    - You will find a HIDDEN LOGIC ROOM one level below the core room / airlock.

    - You will find the MISSILE COMPUTERS for the automatic missile system in the front of the ship, between the weapon module bulks.

    Well that’s one tough ship just battle test three of them with my 180k mass cruiser and gave one epic fight. Could use a little more interior for my liking but never the less a pretty solid ship.

    Thanks for the positive review, I'm glad you had fun with it. I am a big fan of large and detailed interiors, and almost always try to make decent interiors for even my smaller ships, but with this project I specifically aimed at avoiding too much work on the inside, and focused most of my attention on the hull/exterior detailing and on the systems :-)
    Fantastic!
