Introducing the Mobile Space Force Pegasus Class, the latest ship in my upcoming fleet submission.
The MSF Pegasus is a long-range patrol and scout vessel. It is most commonly found patrolling the borders of MSF space and monitoring the vast spacelanes like the "Coast Guard" ships of antiquity. The ship features a jumpdrive for quick travel and powerful scanners to detect nearby threats. The Pegasus' crew quarters--cramped and Spartan, yet functional and comfortable--is designed with long-duration missions in mind.
The Pegasus was designed as a patrol vessel, not a warship. As such, it has relatively weak shields. But that doesn't mean the Pegasus-class is a pushover in a fight. The Pegasus features a small version of the MSF's powerful signature weapon--the "Particle Accelerator Cannon" (PAC).
