Introducing the MSF Hellion for my Starmade Faction submission. It is the first of many ships I will produce under the "Mobile Space Force" banner.
The MSF Hellion is a small, short-range interceptor. Hellions never operate alone and never operate far from their carriers or bases. Although lightly armed, it features powerful engines and adequate shields. Flights of Hellions screen enemy fighters, allowing larger MSF vessels to move into position to attack the enemy's main fleet.

Although I've built and released many ships large and small, this is actually the first ship I've ever designed and built from the ground up. All my other ship designs have been taken from other media. And yes, I will eventually make this part of a set as per competition rules.
