This is a small version of the Halo installation from the eponymous media series.
At 200 m width, it isn't very large at all and is mostly designed as an outpost or early-game home station. It's not designed to see any combat and therefor doesn't come equiped with any defenses or shields.
On the other hand it is made from almost exclusively very basic materials like basic hull and minerals, making it very cheap to make.
Due to it's small size, it's functionality is restricted to respawning, serving as docking station, ore reprocessing and production (1000 units per tick).
