      Game version:
      The End and New Beginnings

The Miners Coalition have suffered many setbacks in their short time in space and many more in their long history.
During the Coalitions initial foray into the stars they discovered large quantities of usable resources in the abundant asteroid belts surrounding their system.
Groups large and small within the Coalition combined their resources to expand out into neighboring systems in the hope of striking it rich and beat out their rival factions.
The Coalitions people have had to adapt to the new way in a short time. This has caused technology to advance in starts and spurts as new issues have to be worked around.
Even their ships have been adapted to the harsh conditions within the belts from civilian transport and construction vessels.
Eventually, others took notice of the budding Coalition and pirates began to raid and pillage many outposts.
Much of the Miner's territory was lost due to the speed of the expansion only allowing minimal defenses being created and trained.
The various factions within the Coalition soon saw their predicament and confirmed the need to combine all remaining resources.
Soon many of their remaining ships had been retrofitted with weapons and armor plates instead of drills and grabber arms.
Now the people of the Miners Coalition must work together to maintain what territory they still own and hopefully someday retake what they’ve lost.

MC Liberator Class Combat Supply Vessel

The Liberator, the shield and backbone of any MC fleet. Originally this vessel was designed to ferry workers and fuel from station to station. Being a supply ship right before the pirate raids began, it wasn't until the MC was down to it's few systems under its territory that the ship's conversion was completed becoming the Liberator Class Combat Supply Ship. Much of the ship's original functions were modified to meet the defense fleet's needs such as replacing much of the ship's original cargo bay with an anti-ship howitzer, capable of creating massive craters on any ship unlucky enough to be within its sights. The vessel was also armed with 12 turret hardpoints allowing the vessel to play a multitude of other roles in a fleet. To both save time on modifications and to give the ship more versatility some of the ship's original features were kept such as the secondary cargo bay, guest quarters and a shuttle hanger. The Liberator has proven time and time again to be capable of receiving damage that would cripple most ships within the MC and still continue fighting. You will always find Liberators in any larger operation and continues to serve.

Builder's note: It took some time but the ship is now nearly complete. All but the weapon control room is finished which will be completed after the weapon update is officially released along with the main weapon itself and the turrets. The pictures do NOT do this ship justice. There is a large amount of small detail that you need to be exploring in person to catch. The ship also has 4 escape pods installed for both RP and to give the player a better chance of having at least one function pod when abandoning ship. I love how this ship covers the MC's innovative nature to simply re-use what ships they currently have. Love to hear what you guys have to say about this ship as I plan to make the MC's Medium ships similar to design/look.

Thanks, I appreciate the review! I do admit that I get a lot of inspiration from my favorite space show 'The Expanse'. Glad you like it.
