This is the Immobilizer Light Cruiser, more commonly known as an Interdictor Star Destroyer or just 'that weird one with the balls on top.'
It's got 35k Jump Inhibitor modules, which it can run without losing power. Unfortunately, it has a very specific role in that regard, and has crappy shielding and average thrust to give the inhibitors more room.
Because of the exorbitant amount of power required to run the Inhibitors, this ship can also perm jam when it is not actively inhibiting jump drives.
I modeled this dagger -like craft after certain model images on the internet. It's as close as I could get it without making it larger (more detail) or measuring the blocks against its theoretical length (scale measurements).
The tiny modified TIE inside has its dock hooked up to the forcefield, so it changes state when you dock/undock it. The ship is also equipped with 8 "Flat" AMS turrets.
Enjoy!

I didn't wedge the spheres because they wouldn't look round if I did that.
Also, the interior is all connected via transporters. Who needs an interior when you can just teleport?
