You really can't go any larger than 660 mass on perm stealth ships for a simple reason - that's how many power blocks it takes to reach the soft cap at max efficiency. Any farther and you start placing too much mass for your power to keep up.
That said, this ship is right at that limit. It's got 100% overdrive, too, and a 1.3 thrust to mass ratio to boot. Also some really awesome cannons for killing things, and some scatter missiles for scaring things. 25k shields, some storage for power, and about 800 recharge on the shields.
