Hippogryph-class Light Cruiser X 1.06

Forgot to move the block that colors the engines to an area that isn't visible instead of in the middle of the floor. OOPS!

The rest of the changes are the same as for X 1.06

Updated the engines a bit for the new thruster plumes. When not moving, the engines are a dimmer orange, and it grows in intensity as you accelerate. I also replace the scanner system with an ion cannon in the front to help against shields. This shoots out of the center circle on the bow of the ship. This also replaced a few shield capacitor blocks, but not much.
