HeldTech Brigaddier: Modern Refit 2

I'm marking the Briggadier done for now. Updates:

• Streamlined and fixed the hangar rails
• Added forward torpedo launchers
• A few bonus fighters are in the hangar

The thing is now playable and pretty functional, it can take on the heavier pirate bases without losing a turret.

I added a little extra:

• A scanner computer and antenna
• Two of the forward turrets were bugging out and crashing my game, I replaced them just in case they're messing with yours
  
• At the time Ferdiheld released the original Briggadier, blast doors and blast door wedges were not a thing. The hangar bay doors have been upgraded and replaced with blast doors, keeping with the Briggadier's aesthetic.
