Grinder class salvage barge 1.1

In this version of the Grinder much of the interior has been given over to additional power reactor cores improving power recharge to be larger than the draw of the salvage array. The jump drive system has been given a slight boost and shields have been increased by about 50% as compared to the 1.0 version.
