Gilgamesh 1.0

The Gilgamesh class corvette is a stylish mid-range fire support ship. I based it on this sketchup model: The GILGAMESH

The interior and systems are fairly basic since I am almost entirely focused on building hulls until the new power system comes out. Feel free to use/modify this ship however you like as long as you don't steal credit.

Nic shape. Color scheme not really to my liking (too many colors) but that is easily fixed. I'm going to make it a drone launcher by replacing those turrets underside with mean little flyers. Making the ship become a quick jump in, launche drones and become a support frigate after launche. Or a bomber supported by its 4 drones.

Feel free to repaint it however you like. I like colourful ships but I get that lots of people prefer mostly grey ships. Turning it into a drone carrier sounds like a pretty neat idea. you could probably have it carry more than 4 drones since unlike turrets they don't need clear lines of sight. Maybe have 3-4 on each side with their noses pointing downwards.
