Station Update: logic will now work consistently upon loading, default state is emergency lighting.
Still trying to find a way to spawn the station as it was built, currently when spawned it is on an angle. I would like for the shipyard superstructure to align with the default orientation. If somebody can figure out if this is possible, let me know in a PM.
