Thanks a lot, can't wait to see the video. :)
I really took my time with this station. There is so much interior. I’m loving it!

I have come to the conclusion this is not actually a space station. It’s a floating castle. The throne room just proves that.

I am glad you liked it, means a lot coming from you. :)
And of course it's a space castle, there is no denying that.
Very nice job! I really appreciate how you made nearly every room unique, even the ones that could have been easily done the same with symmetry mode. Feels like a real space castle, especially with that throne room.

The trains can be a little finicky to use, but they get the job done and I've never seen something like that before. Maybe a few improvements could be done logic-wise for them, since the doors seem to open and close a few times before they leave. Also it would be nice if they could be called to a station with a button, like with your elevators, so you don't have to wait as long for them to arrive. Once they do leave, though, they are extremely fun to ride.

Really nice station, keep up the good work!

Thanks for the review, i think i know which rooms you are talking about. Especially those unique apartments are a pain to build individually. :)
I can see your point with the trains but they are a bit of a nightmare with the rail-physics. Especially on multiplayer, that's why we tried to keep them as simple as possible. I'll have another look at the doors but they seemed fine when we tested them.
I think the landing pad area could use a little improvement but otherwise this thing looks spectacular.
What a masterpiece of a station!

I love its overall structure so much - the fact that you can look out through certain windows and see a little bit of the sky BUT MOSTLY other parts of the station is something I've rarely seen and highly appreciate. These views give a fine balance of a sense of openness and protection - on one hand, being able to see local planets, stars and the nebular background remedies the feeling of being locked inside a shell of steel; on the other hand, seeing different parts of the station physically shielding you from potential asteroid impacts or pirate attacks really makes this thing feel like a secure fortress. I was searching for this design principle for a long time without realizing it :D

The turrets add to the sense of security as well. There's also a liveliness to it thanks to the many nice little spacecraft parked all around the station.

And the interior is sooo nice. It mixes elements of interior design from the middle ages, the Victorian era and future times. I especially like the chessboard tiling on the floors, and all those mighty copper or gold statues. What I think could use improvement in the interior is the overall layout (where areas of certain purposes are in relation to others), and the connectivity of compartments (it gets a little labyrinth-like at times; not having more than a single possible route connecting two areas could help in exploration, because that way it would be harder to get spatially confused, or overwhelmed by all the different possible shifts in one's path).

All in all, the Eagle's Nest is a splendid project, wish to see more like this! :)

Thank you very much for the long and detailed review. I am glad you like it. It's funny that you mention the feel of the windows, because it was what we were trying the achieve.
You are right about the interior layout, which was always a bit of a weak point in our builds. We'll try and improve it in the future.
    very nice ^^
