Projectors with all-zero rotation settings will now no longer have their rotations modified at all. However, if any of the rotation settings are not 0, the rotation may still be slightly off due to floating point rounding issues.
Fixed a math rounding bug causing Projectors to be slightly rotated at certain offset values even when rotation settings were set to 0, causing them to sometimes project slightly inside their block position rather than 0.1f in front of it . Note that this may still occur at large offset values.
