Debrismaker 3

Originally built to assist AAlexAndrosTGreat in some of his cinematic shots, I am uploading it as an easy way of spawning a small cloud of debris.

How to use:

1. Spawn in blueprint
2. Hit with anything
3. Take the shot(s) before the debris despawns
