Pretty sure only English is allowed. I don't mean to be rude, but our moderators don't know every language in the world...

Every line above the spoiler is in English first, then Chinese(Mandarin?), then Japanese. Gamel included the translations for those who don't fully understand English, probably in case a link to this thread is posted in a primarily Chinese/Japanese site. It makes sense to have contest rules in one place and link it elsewhere, especially as it also draws more players to this site who otherwise might not have bothered.

The English one is most likely for moderator convenience, as per the purpose of the English Only rule. Of course, if someone primarily speaks English but understands either language well enough to make and upload the requested video, they too may participate, and the rules being in English as well makes it easier for English-as-main-language persons to follow them. This is far better than trying to Google Translate them, given the issues that thing has with converting the Eastern languages to English, albeit doing so does result in statements that match at least the main idea of the first of each line trio.
