Will the Held Tech Damocles EVER Get a Modern refit?

I know that one of the big Held Tech ships has a Modren refit, But I wish to see a modern refit of the Held Tech Damocles, Can someone pls Give me a link to a download of the bp if there is a modern refit of the ship

As of now, there isn't one. refitting a ship that large would take forever and I doubt that there are many people that would have the patience to do it. Also the original creator has stopped playing StarMade so I don't think he will be doing it either.

Alright, Well Thanks for letting me know, If anyone does decide to do a modern refit on that ship, I'd be surprised.

The Briggadier was updated at one point but not the Damocles Battle Cruiser. Could refit it yourself though.

Alright, Interestingly enough, I wish if that man would come back and make us proud by updating the Damocles

Not really because of the block replace function. Unless you want new decorative blocks.

All of the systems would have to be redone. The weapons would have to be remade completely for secondary and tertiary systems, shields need to be re-balanced because of shield rechargers, the 50+ fixed docks would have to be updated (both the docks themselves and the ships), the massive amount of turrets would all need to be refitted for rails. not to mention that the thing would barely be able to move because it was made entirely out of advanced armor which is 4x its old mass.

Aaaaah, forgot the turrets... Though I think it could be done in 10 or so hours

Also, does anyone have an old blueprint for the original VFW Dirge, or any of Mr Vec's other works? the only one on the sight is is (in my opinion less attractive) refit.
