Implemented Why do users not have permission to delete their own content?

If I post content, and then decide later that it's quality doesn't meet my own personal standards, it would be nice if I could delete it.

I know the functionality is there because these pages are valid, they just have permission blocks:

Is it possible we could allow users to to have full CRUD of their own contend?
