Where do I redeem a gift code for Star-made?

I was going through some old stuff and found a code I was gifteed for Star-Made from last Easter (2013) but now when I try Upgrade Account I don't have have the option to use a giftcode. So what do I do?

I would send a PM to @DukeofRealms with a copy of the code, and invoice if you have it. He is the one responsible for pretty much anything that isn't the game it seems.
