When will a decent Light Theme be available for this web site?

This is the most hideous web site I visit. Nearly unreadable, squinting my eyes badly. Sad.

Most text is white on a dark background, it shouldn't be too difficult to read anything unless your screen brightness is at the lowest setting.

There used to be some themes but I can't find them anymomere
