I have noticed that when you enter game, and get into a ship it has neither power nor shields as it loads. You have to wait for them to regen from scratch.
This is concerning for capital sized ships, if you are DC'd and come abck in suddenly you are extremely vulnerable.Not onlt that but it takes an immense amount of time to generate 3billion energy with the regen softcap after logging in.
