What's with Stealth and Jamming?

It doesn't seem to work too well, and they use too much energy too fast. Is this something in progress, or do I just have to make a massive power output?

You need a fairly efficent power system to keep both running at the same time, its where you need each block to generate more power then mass added to the ship more mass = more power drain.

150e/s per block for jamming and cloak. So a huge energy demand.
