What happens to old ships with the new weapons update

Does anyone know with the new weapons patch, what will happen to all our ships and turretes running the existing missles systems? do we need to remove all the missle arrays/computers before the patch if we want to keep using them, or will they default to standard amcs, and we just link the modifier block to the computers

Well amc's will remain amc's, with different stats. The missiles however, i believe all three current types will be converted into the new missile block.

I have recently refitted an old ship that had all missiles types, did that in the latest dev build. The old missile blocks are still there, you can even use them in some sort of way. I'm assuming if they are finally completely removed the old ones will disappear on your ships. Same with the computers.
