What exactly do the weapons/effect blocks do?

I know about that picture that @Calbiri made about all the support weapons and what they did, but since then they have changed. Also what do all the passive effects do? One thing I am a little curious about is what exactly does the damage pulse do, does it increase the diameter of the missiles or does it just increase the damage - I find it hard to tell because the missiles I use are so big.

Nobody knows. They're magic and only known to the *Dark Ones* and the reptilians that secretly control our society. You heard nothing, move along.

I'm not sure they're fully coded in yet, but most protect against the effect that they add to the main weapon, know what I mean? Like EMP shot protects against energy drain weapons. At least that's what they used to do.
