Wedges

Now I could just be a tard... but as far as I can see wedges only point up and down (based on the ship/stations build mode, as there really is no up and down in space...) Is this true or am I correct about being a tard? If it is true that they do not point in any other direction (ie: forwards, backwards) then let me know and I will post this or have it moved to suggestions. Its driving me nuts not being able to make my ships rounder XD.

I\'m not sure I understand your question...

Have you tried pressing Ctrl?

I partly understand your question, to solve this you need to go into advance mode by pressing Ctrl (like what Charlie_ mentioned) then rotate the wedge till you get the angle you want. you may have to go into diffrent camera angles to see the angle of the wedge.

If you are actually talking about corners then: yes, they can currently only point up or down.

The corner pieces do not work well for inside curves, just outside curves.

Wedges are great. Corners are too derpy to be useful.
