Website chat disapearing

I was trolling people and then all of a sudden the chat disappears this is unacceptable how can troll people in these conditions. Also this happened repeatedly and came back when I refreshed though.

i find it more disturbing how the chat keeps appearing. \"Public chat\" pops up, i click on its title or minimize icon to hide it, it pops right back up. I hide it, pops back up... again and again, until maybe 4-5th time makes it stay hidden.

Wait, so all I have to do to make this stupid thing go away is annoy somebody in charge?



Seems like a few things on this website need to be rethought. :P
