Weapons not connected/dont show up

I am building a currently a new flagship but if I place a weapon comp it wont show up in the hotbar also if I place outputs for the comp they wont get connected
What can I do?

Hey, have you tried to connect the shipcore to the weapon(s) computer(s) juste after setting the output ?

Might be a silly question but did you assign the comp by pressing "G" and pulling to hotbar?
