If a weapons computer that has been in use gets deleted in "Edit" mode and replaced with another block before going back into flight mode, once you enter flight mode that block is in the "Quick bar" slot where the weapons computer used to be. You can go back into "Edit" mode and repeatedly replace that block with others and you'll continue seeing the same results.
This could be intended functionality. If so, I apologize. It seemed a bit off to me, though. I had a video of it but I didn't upload it, and I figured I could explain it well enough without it.
