weapon firing problem

So i tried to place weapon on my ship and use them but i can't use them when im in the ship core but i can while im in the weapons controller. what i wan't is being able to shoot while driving but i don't know how

I\'m having the same problem.

First, go into build mode.

Hover over your ship core and press \"C\", then hover over your weapsons controller and press \"V\".

If that dosn\'t do anything, press T, select your weapons controller in the list, and press 1.

Then your weapons controller will be in position 1 on your hotbar when you enter flight mode in your ship core.
