    I'd like that
    1. every system generates it's own power, solely for own purpose
    2. overflow is spent to parent, if parent is capable of handling it
    3. Current energy storages are batteries, not capacitors.
      1. they require capacitors to (dis)charge.
      2. they provide 1/60 of their capacity as IO-capacitor
        1. this means they require at least 60 seconds to fully charge or discharge on their own.
    4. A power-drain|supply EFFECT should dupe and serve as in|out-capacitor respectively.
      1. you can on/off these effects with logic to control the energy flow.
