Warp Gates should allow Astronauts to warp

I think Teleporters/ Transporters like the ones in star trek would work better. if you think about it, the gravitational forces of the wormhole that is formed would rip the astronaut apart. You could think of the warp gates as a place where space folds and there is a bridge connecting the short way across the center of the fold with holes on either end that allow entrance. Taking this bridge would be shorter than going along the surface of space, but the gravitational pull would be extreme, just as much or more extreme than a black hole's gravity. Therefore, it would be impossible for any man in a astronaut suit to survive such a pull, and he would be ripped apart. It would only work if it were a different module added to the game, and IMHO it would be time better spent on the HP system, some reason to board ships instead of destroy them, or a Transporter system. If you did add this I would at least make it so it could only transport people over the distance of a sector or two.
