Anyone who has actually tried getting anywhere in Starmade will know that it just takes AGES to get from A to B. a simple solution would be a warp drive, but as schema said in one of his posts; this would be combat exploitable. ive thought up two simple solutions to this.
the first method would be to have it possible to disable the warp engines in combat (by shooting them) just like in so many episodes of Star Trek.
the second would be to simply disable them for a period of time if there is weapons fire in the sector, meaning that warp travel would be impossible in combat.
