Read by Council Videos to lead to Quest Creation?

I'm curious... I like how the videos have been added.
More so - because they seem like a very cool way to add mission cut-scenes if a Campaign creation system were to be added or as a away to tag a block that can be activated to play a video related to a specific server's rules.

I'm curious is this something that is related to the video implementation rather than just a way to do tutorials?

At this point we don't know if video support is related to any form of future quest system or how it may be utilized other than tutorial support. Cut scenes and quests would be interesting though!
