Vanished Cities?

Enjoying the update, love those new stations....except the black and red one that killed me before I knew I was on it....

At any rate, I have not been able to find a single city on a planet in a new universe. I have done many flybys, and the nearest I have gotten was a red warning box that stated there was no NPC blueprint to draw from (syntax is estimated). Did the city blueprints get left out, eliminated, forgotten, or on hold for some reason?

If anyone knows, thanks. If not, let me know if you find a city.

Hmm, noticed that red warning after the last update too, but I think it's because no blueprints are selected to use for enemy NPC's.
At least I noticed that setting was unchecked for all when I looked at it in my single-player session today.

I haven't found any cities yet either, the planets in the latest updates seem quite more smallish then before, so that could be a reason too. I presume a certain minimal size is required for cities to spawn.

I once found a city on a 30-radius planet... so no, I don't think so, unless that's changed.
