The Spartan IV program.
The Spartan IV program trains members of the UNSC for ODST and when they reach the rank of "Commander" they are elligable for the Spartan IV program, including Mjolnir MK VI armour customized in camo colours to there personal choice!
The UNSC ranking system.
Rank I : Recruit: Elligable to join the beggining ODST program and are Elligable to pilot the UNSC Taurus.
Rank II: Sergeant: Elligable to further pilot the UNSC ARC with another crew member.
Rank III: Commander: Elligable for the Spartan IV program along with permission to fly the UNSC Pelican
Rank IV: General: Elligable to have a personal Fighter fitted to there tastes.
Rank V: Field Marshal: Elligable to fly the UNSC Attack Cruiser into battle along with commanding attacks and raids.
Other ranks:
High Overseer: The leader of the UNSC orders the Spartans and ODSTS along with the building of ships,does not go into battle, only one person for this rank!
Field Roles:
In the field there are a few different roles, that can be chosen in your firefight team!
Recon: Main scout and usually main leader and gathers information on the field.
Assault: Often the ones doing the most damage on the field, used to break through enemy lines.
Medic: As simple as it is, protect the rest of your team, make sure that anyone who is Injured is doctored back to health.
Vechular: The main vechiles specialist of the team, make sure the rest of your team get to places ASAP.
Tech: If it comes to technolagy, this man is your guy, he can hack through anything and jam enemy devices!
