Unplayable lag

Since a few days i have lots of lag that makes the game barely playable. Changing settings doesnt work and i dont know wat to do. I havent had this lag before and i was able to handle the game pretty well.
pls help

Ziron please explain yourself better, there are several "types" of lag for everygame.

Believe or not with the info you are giving is real hard try to suposse what is happening to you.

Are you playing online or offline?

im both playing offline and online. The lag is constant
