Unplayable FPS since update

The last update has absolutely killed the game for me, everything takes much longer to load and knocks my fps into the ground. Before I was averaging 60fps in built up areas like planets and space stations, now I'm fluctuating between 30 and 1fps. The only time the game runs smoothly is in areas where the only blocks are my ship, where I get over 250fps. Even when the sector has loaded I still stutter around like the update all of a sudden made one block equal to 1GB of memory.



Please sort this out, I love this game and I was having so much fun until the last update but now it really is impossible for me to do anything.
