Bug Unable to upload file for content update

I spent quite a while attempting to update one of my resources, but there is no button or action to actually upload a file.

[Edit: Also could not attach files to messages or post new resources. The upload file function seems to be broken throughout the site.]

Replying instead of creating a new thread since I'm not sure if this is related, PEBCAK, or other... I updated the resource for my Leopard https://starmadedock.net/conversations/please-review-my-leopard.10108/ and uploaded 3 new pics. The pics are not showing correctly in the final posting despite showing correctly in the editor. They are returning an access error once I save the changes.

Did I do something wrong? Is this related?
